Girl Baggage was born from a simple truth.

People weren't broken. They were carrying emotional baggage they had never been taught how to unpack.

For decades, Camille has worked alongside individuals, families, professionals and organizations, helping people navigate emotional wellness, behavioral health, leadership and personal transformation. Again and again, she saw the same pattern.
Girl Baggage was created to change that. Today it continues that mission through education, storytelling, practical tools, community and meaningful conversations that help people redefine what's possible.
