From the Founder
My work lives at the intersection of healing, identity, and innovation.For more than two decades, I’ve worked as a licensed therapist and clinical leader, witnessing how people especially women of color carry emotional weight shaped by experience, culture, and survival. What we often call “baggage” isn’t weakness; it’s evidence of adaptation. Through Girl Baggage, Brown Girl Baggage, TheraMatch AI, and Princess Professional Palace, I build tools, products, and platforms that help people unpack what they’re carrying ethically, accessibly, and without shame. This work is not about quick fixes or viral growth. It’s about trust, impact, and longevity. I believe emotional health deserves thoughtful systems, culturally grounded frameworks, and innovation guided by integrity.We are still early. Many who need these resources have never encountered them—and that’s where the opportunity lives.I’m not perfect, but I am intentional. I listen, I evolve, and I lead with clarity and purpose.
